Benefit #3: Transition Clients to Trusted Attorneys

In this video, Harold L. Kestenbaum, Esq. explains the quality of life benefit of transitioning his long-time clients, as well as new clients, to Spadea Lignana Franchise Attorneys.

Poock asks Kestenbaum to explain how he transitions past and new clients who want to work with him to trusted lawyers at the firm that Harold joined.

In response, Kestenbaum explains that he transfers the trust of those clients to lawyers at Spadea Lignana as follows:

Step 1: Initially, legacy clients and new clients speak with Harold while Harold is at his home office in New York, his winter home in Florida, or somewhere in-between.

Step 2: Harold then schedules an introductory Zoom meeting that includes himself, the client, and lawyers from Spadea Lignana.

Step 3: During the introductory Zoom meeting, Harold transitions his trust to the Spadea Lignana attorneys, and going forward, the client knows that the client is in “good hands” with those attorneys while Harold remains available, as needed.

As Harold reflects upon his 3+ years practicing at Spadea Lignana, he also shares:
